We want you to love your vibrant new look, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Splat Hair Color purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Order
Securely pack the unused items in the original shipping box if possible, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Refund
Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
